LocatAlert lets you save places and receive location alarms when you arrive at or leave them. With background location and notification permissions, alarms can run while the app is closed or the phone is locked. The service is provided by Acefina LLC.
Location detection depends on your device's GPS, OS restrictions and network conditions. Alerts may be delayed or missed. Do not rely on LocatAlert for safety-critical, medical or emergency purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
Do not use the app to violate laws, infringe others' privacy, or attempt to disrupt the service.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acefina LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
