Delete your account

From within the app (fastest)
- Open LocatAlert.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
This permanently deletes your account and all associated data — your profile, saved places, alarms, and requests. This cannot be undone.
If you can’t open the app
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify your request and delete your account and data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (email, name, sign-in identifiers).
- Your saved places, location alarms, and reminders.
- Requests you’ve sent or received, and their messages.
Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our providers’ standard backup cycles. Subscription billing records that we’re legally required to retain may be kept for the period required by law; your subscription itself is managed by the App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled there.
