Delete your LocatAlert account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open LocatAlert and go to the Settings tab.

2. Tap Delete account.

3. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again to verify it's you.

This permanently deletes your account and all associated data: your profile, saved places, alerts, requests, messages and friend invitations. There is no recovery.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account and we will delete the account and all associated data within 30 days.

What is deleted

Account (name, email, sign-in identifier)
Saved places and alerts
Requests, messages and friend invitations
Push notification token

No data is retained after deletion.
